Monday at the Park
I am not a believer in this global warming thing, but if we have another week of 70 degrees, I just might have to jump on board. It really was nice to enjoy the weather and play outside at the park. One of my favorite things to do is to be outside with my family. So, we took advantage of a Monday holiday and did just that.

A Day at the ZOO
We have had such a mild winter this year, so we thought that we would take a trip to the Fresno Zoo. And yes, go figure, it was SO cold that day. Anyways, we had fun taking Avery around to see all the animals. Like most kids, she is just facinated with animals, so the Zoo was basically her favorite place in the entire world.

Kilean and her fiance Hugo got to come with us to the Zoo. It is probably Kileans favorite place to go in Fresno.
Avery just wanted to ride all of the animals, which was probably not quite within Zoo rules.
As I am reading back over this post, I realize how many times that I said probably. No big deal, just blow by them.. who's counting anyways.

Christmas Morning
Merry late Christmas everyone. Hope everyone had a nice one because we sure enjoyed a wonderful Christmas this year. It was nice just to have everyone together.
It has been so long since we have had a family picture, so while everyone was here for Christmas, we all sat down to take some.
Let me just take a second to talk about how much Avery loves this little pink sofa chair that she got for Christmas. We brought it out to her on Christmas morning and she just insisted on sitting in it to open every one of her presents. Including her magnifying glass, which was one of the funniest things that I have seen her play with in. She had so much fun taking eveyones presents to them and "helping" them open them.

We had fun this year with Avery and cousin Maggies Christmas pictures. These girls were just too cute even though it was freekin freezing outside.
